How do I request for a refund of items bought on your webshop?
To initiate a refund, please note that below criteria have to be met:
1. Request must be made within 14 days from the date of invoice/receipt.
2. Your item(s) must be unopened and in the same condition that you received/purchased, in the original packaging with the sales invoice.
3. For orders outside of Singapore, please note that you will have to bear the shipping cost for return.
How long does it take for the refund amount to be credited back to me?
Once approved, your refund will be processed and refunded to your original mode of payment (e.g. credit card, paypal) and a notification email will be sent to you.
